		<description>Every name in the hat has precisely the same chance of getting drawn.  Getting to read isn't the big deal.  Your chances of getting on the list are decent - even if 50 people throw their name in (that's almost 1 in 3), which isn't likely.  The real challenge is to get into the top 3.</description>

It's possible that more people than usual will want to read, because of the contest, but I don't think your odds of getting to read will be much lower than usual.&lt;/p&gt;
